The client wanted to strengthen governance of IT in the organization and as a start wanted to review all IT policies including end user policies, hardware policies, and wanted a review of the IT architecture. This was to be followed up with implementation of ITIL best practices through a service desk implementation.

Consultants from Elite Technologies Middle East performed a current state assessment to understand the business needs of the organization, the technology systems in place to support the business and the threats the organization faced with respect to information security. A gap analysis of existing policies with respect to best practices was performed. The policies were presented and approvals were sought for implementing the same across the organization. Training was provided to implement these policies across the organization. The Technology architecture was reviewed in order to recommend changes to the same based on business needs and new technology available.
